Good God, please help me

Total computer illiterate (sp). Can't believe how hard
it is to try to send a question to microsoft. I could be
putting myself in additional peril posting this question
here but cannot find any way to send a request to a
Microsoft support staff. It's not like I need to talk to
Bill.
I opened Microsoft Works for the first time today and was
prompted to reload the software. After doing so, there
appeared a document titled Hacker (hhhmmmmmmm), of
course being CI I opened it and the following was all
that appeared in the document:
24.218.75.103
What have I done ?
Thanks,
MaureenFor your information my name means Gift from the God.
But becasue you say the name of God for nothing - this is a sin, I will not
help you...
Call your local computers company.
Bojidar Alexandrov|||First, this newsgroup is for security issues with the Microsoft SQL server
product, so you might not get a lot of MS works help here. I suggest
microsoft.public.works.win or as the appropriate forum.
Second, it is not hard to talk to Microsoft. It is expensive to talk to
Microsoft. Product Support Services charges $250 for a support call.
Finding the right newsgroup can help
Third, some people will get offended by casual deity references. It is best
to avoid offending people in a place where you get free assistance.
Finally, I would invest in some good anti-virus software and some good
spyware detection-removal software. Think of it as purchasing a good lock
and alarm for your data's new home.
