good book on SQL Serever 2000 administration

Hi admins,
Could you guys pls recommend very good book on administration which goes
deeply into details, covers all aspects, and would be useful from practical
point of view.

AlexThe SQL Server 2000 Resource Kit is a good admin type book. Unfortunately I
think it's out of print so the CD ROM isn't available anymore. But the
chapters are online.
