What are some good enterprise level monitoring tools that one would suggest

Web to Application Server to SQL Server.
Please do share your experience.

isnt a Microsoft product. Some shops are purely Microsoft, so I dont know
what your company rules are. ProIT is web based, has a bunch of decent
management packs, very nice trending and snapshot reporting, and easy to
configure alerts. Doesnt take long to get it installed and working at all.
Only downside at the moment is that there are no agents for Sybase or Sun
Solaris 10, but they have agents for almost every other database and OS. All
the Microsoft ones are covered.
