Grab hand and magnifing glass?

Is there anyway to display the familiar grab hand and magnifying glass on the
report that is native to Adobe PDF viewer? It makes it much more intuitive
for the end user to grab the page to scroll up/down or click with the
magnifying glass to zoom in/out. Please don't tell me this isn't
available... Without those basic features, the report looks pretty darn
cheap.What format are you rendering? If you are rendering in PDF then the PDF
viewer is being used and those things should be available. Otherwise, the
answer is no.
